How to make a change?
You can exchange your purchases on the site with a different product within 14 days after the delivery date. You can make your change request by calling +421 34 230 4828 . When sending to us for exchanges, the shipping fee of the product you send to us via any cargo company belongs to the customer. The shipping fee sent to you after the exchange is free. Once your products reach us, the new product you want will be shipped within 3 business days.
How many days does it take to return the product?
Members have 14 days to return defective or defective goods. According to the regulations on distance contracts, this period, which is 14 days, is controlled by law and is included in the sales contract sent to your e-mail after the purchase.
You can return a defective or defective product within 14 days following the day you receive your order.
The period for returns due to any defect arising from the product is 14 days. If the product is visibly deformed from the outside during shipping, make a report to the cargo officer and return it back. In case of defective product returns, shipping and other expenses are covered by the seller. All out-of-stock and discontinued products cannot be refunded.

Make your shipment with a cargo company of your choice. Submitting an exchange or refund to the return form will speed up your transactions. If you do not specify, our customer representative will contact you as soon as your return reaches the warehouse and provide the necessary guidance. In order for the cargo to reach us, the return address must be the sender address on your invoice.
- After sending your exchange cargo, if necessary, you may be asked for your shipment code for the cargo you sent. Please keep your shipping code to avoid any problems.
- Exchange can be made for different products, the product amount does not have to be the same, the new product amount is calculated as a result of the exchange and if there is a difference, it is sent with cash on delivery. If the replacement products are more affordable, the difference will be refunded to your payment method.. .
For returns, when the product reaches our company, collection, shipping costs, campaign discounts and, if any, money transfer or EFT shipping costs for the return process are deducted from the fee and the remaining amount is deposited in full to your account. It takes 20 business days for the refund of accepted products to be refunded. No refunds or exchanges can be made for products whose sales have been closed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your refund on your credit card. If you have requested an exchange, the new product will be shipped on the same day.
Will I pay the return/exchange shipping costs?
Agrees to pay shipping costs for faulty product shipments. Faulty product covers products that are different from the products in your order and defective products. In order to avoid paying shipping fees for faulty product shipments, you must call our customer service and request a refund. Otherwise, shipments of faulty products for which a return request has not been initiated will not be accepted. For product exchanges and product returns, the shipping fee is paid by the customer. In exchanges, the products we receive are sent back to the buyer free of charge. You can send the products you sent to mavitablo.com.tr with a return request to the address on the invoice by completely filling out the return form under the invoice that comes with your order.
