Shipping & Delivery

For orders placed through the site, shipping costs are charged according to the product design. This amount is reflected on your invoice during the ordering process. The shipping amount is seen as the product detail when shopping. If there are shipping campaigns, this will appear in your cart and will be sent with free shipping. Additionally, shipping campaigns are announced on the home page.

 

 

All our products are shipped on the same day after the preparation phase is completed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Depending on your city, your order will be delivered to your address within 4 - 8 business days. You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab by logging into your account. Once your order is delivered to cargo, in the "My Orders" tab, click "Where is My Cargo?" You can find out at what stage your order is from the link. 

 

 

Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified by the designated cargo companies during working hours between 09:00 - 18:00 (weekdays and Saturdays). 

 

 

There is no delivery on public holidays.

 

 

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot find your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us. Please contact the cargo company for different delivery situations.
